• DRAWINGS  Floor plans, sections, elevations, details and all other drawings are based on our as-built drawings; we can also verify third party drawings.

 

• DESIGN DEVELOPMENT  We collaborate with clients to help them visualize different design options and guide them from concept to implementation in choosing the best solutions.

 

• PERMITS​  We offer complete services to get building permits approved by local building and planning departments: we consult with structural engineers, landscape architects, interior designers, energy specialists and other consultants to fit the needs of every project.​

 

• CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION We bring every project to completion by assisting with contractors, city inspectors, notifications to neighbors, etc. When a project undergoes a last-minute change during construction, we provide full service change orders, re-design and re-permitting. ​
